Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders for in‑stock items are typically processed within 1(one) to 3(three) business days excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Handmade/Custom Items: Certain art and craft items may require additional lead time. Custom or made‑to‑order items will have estimated ship dates noted on the product page; please allow an additional 5 (five) to 10 (ten) business days.

Order Changes/Cancellations: We begin processing promptly. To request a change or cancellation, contact us within 6(six) hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after processing has begun.

Original Commissioned Painting and Drawing lead times will be addressed and agreed upon in the Commission Contract. Lead time is dependent upon various conditions. Please refer to the signed Commission Contract for further details.

Shipping Methods, Rates, and Carriers

Carriers: CCS ship vias USPS and may at CCS discretion use different carriers based on destination, package size, and other determining factors.

Service Levels: First Class and/or Priority shipping will be available to choose at checkout. Available options and estimated delivery windows will be displayed for your address.

Rates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level. From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions; terms will be stated on the Site and at checkout.

Combined Shipping

CCS will not combine shipping for orders made separately.

Shipping Destinations

United States: We ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where service is available. Additional transit time may apply for non‑contiguous locations.

International: International shipping may be available to select countries. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. We do not control customs delays.

 

Order Tracking and Delivery

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Delivery Window: Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume, customs, or other factors may cause delays.

Delivery Confirmation: Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier’s delivery scan or, where applicable, upon delivery to a secure pickup location you select.

Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages

Address Validation: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non‑delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returned/Refused Shipments: If a package is returned as undeliverable or refused, we will contact you at the phone number and/or email provided during checkout. We may resend to an updated address if requested by buyer with the buyer paying additional shipping charges even if the original order was shipped as “free shipping” ~OR~ we may process a refund if requested for the merchandise cost at time of purchase, less original shipping and any return carrier fees, where permitted.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7(seven) business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Missing or Incorrect Items: Report missing or incorrect items within 2(two) business days of delivery. We will investigate and make it right.

Keep Packaging: Please retain all packaging materials until your claim is resolved.

 

Preorders and Backorders

Timing: Estimated ship dates for preordered or backordered items will be noted on the product page or confirmation email. Dates are estimates and may change due to production or supplier constraints.

Split Shipments: We may ship available items separately so you receive them sooner. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments initiated by us.

 

Special Handling

Fragile/Original Art: Certain items may require special packaging and handling. A handling fee may appear at checkout for these items.

Hazardous/Restricted Items: Some art supplies may be restricted by carrier rules. Where applicable, we will display any limitations on the product page and at checkout.

Local Pickup or Delivery

Local Pickup: If available, you may select local pickup at checkout. We will email pickup instructions and hours when your order is ready.

Local Delivery: Local delivery is not available at this time.

Holiday and Peak Periods

During peak seasons, sales events, or severe weather, processing and transit times may be extended. We recommend ordering early for holiday delivery.

Title, Risk of Loss, and Signature Requirements

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier. For higher‑value orders, we may require signature on delivery; if so, this will be noted in your shipping confirmation.

Customer Responsibility for Import Compliance (International)

You (buyer/user) are responsible for ensuring the products comply with local import regulations. We are not responsible for packages delayed or confiscated by customs.

International Users

The Site, located at https://www.countrycanvasstudio.com (the “Site”), is operated from the United States and is intended for use by customers located in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws that may apply.

By using the Site, placing an order, or providing personal information, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States and other jurisdictions that may have data protection laws different from those in your country of residence. Product availability, pricing, shipping options, delivery times, and return policies may vary by destination and are subject to change. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Country Canvas Studio makes no representation that the Site, its content, or the products available through the Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and access to the Site from territories where its content or products are illegal is prohibited.

Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not access or use the Site in any manner that violates applicable U.S. export control, sanctions, or embargo laws. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or party subject to U.S. sanctions.

Any dispute arising from or related to your use of the Site will be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and is subject to the dispute resolution terms set out in our Terms of Use.

Updates to this Shipping Policy

CCS reserve the right to update these Terms and our policies (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Terms and Conditions Policy and Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy) from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on https://www.countrycanvasstudio.com and update the “Effective Date” at the top. We may also provide additional notice (such as by email or a banner on the Site) where required by law.

Unless otherwise stated, changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms or policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Site and, if applicable, cancel any open orders that have not yet shipped.

Certain changes may require your affirmative consent before they apply to you. We will seek consent where required. Changes will not apply retroactively to disputes arising before the Effective Date of the updated Terms or policy.

The most recent policy version by the “Last Updated” date shall supersede all previous versions.
