Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

This policy was adopted and implemented on October 15, 2021

The Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy is designed to define the expectations for both the buyer and Country Canvas Studio (CCS;We;US;The Site;Site) and our website; www.countrycanvasstudio.com. CCS is located in Caddo Mills, Texas USA) should a purchase be less than desired. CCS wants to ensure you are happy with your purchase and if unfortunately, you are not fully satisfied this policy will define the process for rectification. The policy is for purchases made on the CCS website and CCS onsite sales. This document will also address the process for handling items damaged in shipping and the exchange policy of CCS.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued within 7(seven) to 10(ten) business days after an agreed upon returned item is received by CCS. Buyer will need to provide proof of purchase for a refund to be processed. Items will only be eligible for a refund if the item is in an unused and like-new condition. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment as the original purchase.

  • Digital File Downloads are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of the items. If you have a problem with a digital file download after purchase please reach out to us at s.bramlett@countrycanvasstudio.com or by the phone number listed on your purchase documentation.
  • Customized items and items personalized with name, photo or other personal identifications are not eligible for a refund. A replacement of sameness will be provided if the item is defective or damaged during shipping. Replacement will be shipped to the original address and recipient listed on the original order. Replacement items will not be shipped to any other address or person. Buyer must notify CCS of the problem with photographs of the defect or damage within 30(thirty) days from receiving the item for an item to be eligible for replacement.

 

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order you must do so within 6(six) hours from the purchase/order time and date. In the case of Commissioned artwork, the agreed upon contract takes precedence over this policy. Please refer to your signed Commission Contract for further details.

 

Returns:

The return of items purchased on CCS website or onsite sale must be received within 30(thirty) days after shipment arrives at shipment destination. Buyer must notify CCS of the desire to return the item within 30(thirty) days of receipt of shipment. Once CCS has been notified of the buyer’s desire to return the artwork/print (item purchased) and CCS has agreed to accept the return then the buyer must at buyer’s expense ship and return the artwork/print (item purchased) in pristine undamaged condition in original packaging within 5(five) business days of notification to return acceptance. Buyer must provide CCS with a tracking number for the returned shipment. Buyer does not have permission to copy, disseminate, or otherwise secure images or copies of artwork/print (item purchased) for personal retention, personal or professional use or resale purposes. Once the artwork/print (item purchased) is received by CCS and the artwork/print (item purchased) is deemed to be in pristine undamaged condition in original packaging a refund will be issued within 7(seven) to 10(ten) business days. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase. If it is determined that the artwork/print (item purchased) was misrepresented on www.countrycanvasstudio.com website CCS will provide a refund for the artwork/print (item purchased) along with reasonable shipping expenses.

The return process for commissioned artwork will be clearly detailed and defined within the Commission Contract. All contractual obligations and expectations between CCS and the Buyer must be agreed upon before entering into an agreement for commissioned artwork. Please refer to the signed commission contract for further details.

 

Damaged During Shipping Returns

If buyer receives artwork/print (item purchased) that has been damaged during shipping the buyer must notify CCS as soon as package is received and no later than 7(seven) days. Buyer must provide photographs of the damage and any information pertinent to the damaged item. Buyer must provide photographs and pertinent information as soon discovered to CCS email at: s.bramlett@countrycanvasstudio.com. If damage occurs during shipping the buyer may opt for either a full refund OR may choose a replacement item of equal or lesser value once all information is provided to CCS to confirm and provide proof of shipping damage.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Unless Country Canvas Studio has provided prior written authorization to the contrary, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging, insurance, and any applicable carrier fees. We may provide a prepaid return label at our discretion; if we do, we will either (a) deduct the cost of the label from your refund, or (b) cover the cost when the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item reported within the applicable return window.

Return shipments must follow our return instructions and use a trackable shipping method. Country Canvas Studio is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit without proof of delivery.

To request authorization or a prepaid label, contact us at s.bramlett@countrycanvasstudio.com within 30(thirty) days of delivery and include your order number and reason for return.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Changes to the Terms and Conditions Policy

We reserve the right to update these Terms and our policies (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Terms and Conditions Policy and Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy) from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on https://www.countrycanvasstudio.com and update the “Effective Date” at the top. We may also provide additional notice (such as by email or a banner on the Site) where required by law.

Unless otherwise stated, changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of products after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms or policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Site and, if applicable, cancel any open orders that have not yet shipped.

Certain changes may require your affirmative consent before they apply to you. We will seek consent where required. Changes will not apply retroactively to disputes arising before the Effective Date of the updated Terms or policy.

The most recent policy version by the “Last Updated” date shall supersede all previous versions.
